POE Federal Credit Union’s Audio Response system allows members to access their accounts quickly and securely by phone.
Using a personalized PIN, members can check account balances, review recent transactions, transfer funds between eligible accounts, verify cleared checks, and obtain other account information—without visiting a branch.
To use the service, members simply call the designated Audio Response phone number and enter their account number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). The system uses secure verification to protect account information.
